We believe that:

• Work is interaction between interdependent people.
• Empathy is your humanness connecting with my humanness.
• Competence is the ability to do things and is based on the quality of the interaction.
• First human right is to have meaning: do something meaningful, with meaningful people in meaningful ways.
• Culture eats Technology for breakfast.
• Virtualisation and algorithms, and Humanness and androrithms are in symbiosis.
• Value is built into the process of defining the problems and then solving the problems with the client.
• One is driven by Technology, but defined by one’s humanness.
• Technology is ‘helven’: you decide if it is hell or heaven.
• Post-COVID we shall have to look at things entirely fresh: change the way we look at things, then the things we look at, change
